Manufacturing

A structured path from specification to finished component

Our manufacturing workflow is organized around the customer specification at every stage, from fabrication through to outbound packaging.

  1. Component fabrication

Filter components are fabricated to the dimensions and materials called out in the customer drawing or product specification, using process routing appropriate to the part.

  2. Assembly

Media, end caps, seals, and housings are assembled according to the build specification for each product family.

  3. Inspection

Assembled components are checked against the applicable specification prior to release, as part of our documented quality system.

  4. Packaging & logistics

Finished goods are packaged and staged for outbound shipment to customers.

Built around the customer specification

Rather than a fixed catalogue of models, much of our production is organized around customer-supplied drawings and requirements. This applies across our product families, including custom filtration components developed for a specific application.

Quality carried through to shipment

Our quality system, certified to ISO 9001:2015 for filter manufacturing, extends to how finished goods are packaged and prepared for outbound shipment. See the Quality page for certification details.
